Your instance numbers will have been provided in the sign off documentation for the installation.
However, if you do not have that documentation to hand you can find out the respective instance numbers by following the below steps
N.B This is only valid for those who have had IDS starter installed. If this has not been installed, please contact your support team to arrange installation and upgrade of your IDS interface
Go to Add Ons
Look for the entry
Click on the protel IDS Remote for Users, this will open the IDS control panel
Take note of the numbers in the Instance column
These are the IDS instances that require mapping to be added.
