For properties on Protel Air that are using an IDS interface for e.g. Siteminder, there may be occasions where bookings are not able to be imported successfully.
A warning message appears in Protel Air prompting that there are Failed Reservations.
This article describes how to resolve the failed reservation error.
Click on the pop-up message.
A list appears showing the failed reservations.
Go to Lists -> Reservations.
Search for this reservation from the Reservations list.
Open the reservation. Change the booking status to Definite.
After changing the status, click on Apply.
Details of the error will be provided.
In this example, you will either need to change the dates or amend the room type.
Thereafter, the warning message will be cleared.
