How do I respond to BWI Protel Air Error message: no physical availability ?

When working with Protel Air and a Best Western Two-way Interface is activated, it is possible that certain errors occur.

Please find below an alphabetical List of the most common errors, and how to respond to them.

Status: ERROR

Explanation: A reservation could not be booked properly, because a room type was available for this time period, but not in a single room.

Procedure: Clear a room for the entire length of a reservation period. Check to see that the reservation has arrived in protel (Ctrl+0 opens the CRS number search). Should this not be the case, resynchronize the reservation by means of the add-on module.rs.
