How do I respond to BWI Protel Air Error message: INVALID RATE PLAN?

When working with Protel Air and a Best Western Two-way Interface is activated, it is possible that certain errors occur.

Status: FAIL

Explanation: Rate code was generated in protel, however there is no mapping with Best Western

Procedure: Rate codes is generated in protel. This must be additionally mapped in the Cloud Center
