How do I respond to BWI Protel Air Error message: RESERVATION ALREADY CANCELLED?

When working with Protel Air and a Best Western Two-way Interface is activated, it is possible that certain errors occur.

Please find below an alphabetical List of the most common errors, and how to respond to them.

RESERVATION ALREADY CANCELLED, BOOK_NO=779272465, transaction_id =2074873314, HOTEL_RES_ID=468626641 [PL536971111424P5]

Status: WARNING

Explanation: Changes have been made to a cancelled reservation. This also occurs when a reservation is moved from a room type to an account and then changes are made to it.

Procedure: Check cancellation in Member Web and protel. When in agreement, this error message is solely for informative purposes.

Example: Reservations which have been cancelled in protel, had already been cancelled in the Member Web.
