When working with Protel Air and a Best Western Two-way Interface is activated, it is possible that certain errors occur.
Please find below an alphabetical List of the most common errors, and how to respond to them.
The following error message will then appear:
Explanation: Possibility 1: The 'FIAN' rate code has been blocked in protel, but according to BWI, only levels can be blocked.
Procedure: Restrictions will then need to be deleted in the rate availability
Explanation: Possibility 2: in protel, the rate code is has not yet been created or has only been partially created and/or not yet been mapped in the Cloud Center.
Procedure: The rate code needs to be newly created in protel (incl. the rate code details which go with it) and/or the rate code needs to be mapped in the Cloud Center.
