How do I respond to BWI Protel Air Error message: connection lost?

When working with Protel Air and a Best Western Two-way Interface is activated, it is possible that certain errors occur.

Please find below an alphabetical List of the most common errors, and how to respond to them.

Explanation: The connection between the Cloud and the BW CRS has been disrupted..

Procedure: You will need to contact Support, should the "Solved" message not appear within an hour. When the word "solved" disappears, the error message can be deleted
